(I also co-founded a business with my dad and do the marketing for another family business, the top alterations shop in two counties.)
What’s ONESEVENTWELVE Actually About?
ONESEVENTWELVE began out of a dream–a dream to make you shine and rock online.
Actually, my desire to begin OST isn’t so romantic.
Basically, after years of working on both the client side and the agency side (with some respected marketing agencies in SLC), I grew tired of feeling like being charged (or charging) an arm and a leg was a prerequisite for great service.
Now, I’m neither cheap nor outrageously expensive. But I do treat you and small business owners in general the way I’d like to be treated.
After all, I believe in the power of the Golden Rule.
So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. –Matthew 7:12
In Case You Need A Refresher
Matthew is the first of the (New Testament) Gospels and Chapter 7, Verse 12 contains the Golden Rule. ONESEVENTWELVE. Get it?
With that in mind, I better live up to my name! Fortunately for you, I’m both willing and capable to do just that, and my team is excited to exceed your expectations.
I graduated college with an Honors Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing, a Minor in Rhetoric, a Certification in Integrated Marketing Communication, and more recently, a B.S. in Psychology. I was also a tutor in college and speak Spanish fluently and French semi-fluently. (Along those lines, I can understand Italian and Portuguese.)
I also finished an Honors Thesis on Cause Marketing and recently transformed it into a manuscript I submitted to a business journal.
I have several years of client and agency experience and specialize in ensuring 100% satisfaction from all those I work with so I’m eager to show you what I mean.
Needless to say, I know Marketing. And I can help you.
(Hence this endeavor.)
I believe everything is about marketing: From how we present ourselves to how we present our offerings (such as a blog, products, and services) to others. I also believe we should make as good a first impression and that we should treat others as we’d like to be treated.
In fact, despite its opponents, marketing is perhaps the most vital department in a company–it’s where it all begins and how it all progresses!
